MS itself is an intensely painful, incessant 24/7, robbing, throbbing, numbing, lonely, misunderstood existence.
Some, you can do a bit about. I suggest whoosh noises for the rest!
For pain:-
We are all on painkillers. Drink high dose Caffeine. It masks pain receptors and improves efficacy an astounding amount.
I drink Pepsi Max. An expresso or 2 will sort it out too.

It is not nerve pain, it is muscle fatigue, imo.
Furthermore, Triple Magnesium Complex will stop you even getting to the need for PK. Sometimes, at least. 1300mg is the max I seen so I take 400mg x3
FOR ENERGY- B complex + B12 6kui
B complex will give you warm hands. That's B3 Niacin FYI.
Taking B complex + B12 6kui will give you 112 spoons!! This is a fact.
D3 6kui + calcium powder +K2 mk7
The K Complex, or k2 mk7, is dead important. Without K2, Calcium is just circulating leaving you at risk of a heart attack..
K2 is the chemical signpost for the calcium you take to go to bones, where it should go.
I take several more but I'd advise those first and your days will change. I swear this.
I use several for all supps but Amazon, mostly.
MS is a big ask for anyone. Being pained, misguided , CONTROLLED by many, to further somone else's pocket?

I intend on proving MS is not a disease. It is a CONDITION. Even the thought of blogging that day, CHILLS ME!! Near 40yr later¿
