Brown sugar rather than processed white shite.

This is a tip for the unconverted, hopers, Dmduh user.

I say this after 12yrs use of Avonex.

Sugar in the main, white processed shite, is in everything.
All sugar, was brown once.
Due  To goes better with the table cloth reasons???

They bleached the brown, to make white.

Ive also noticed that light brown sugar has been made so, by little contact wae that bleach. If you steal this then buy Dark brown.

It's that bleach that causes you spasms.

Therefore, I use brown sugar for all, and punish me by eating white sugar causing spasm, maybe even inducing pain.

I then cheer me up by rerererereproving my way out of spasm #555.

1.drink, nae flood you  lots by drinking water.
2.Each wiz you'll notice the spasms decrease in number and ferocity.

I use the spasm, as a guide as to wits OK for me to eat and what's not.

The. Stinky Pinky.

I've just lost my left pinky finger after an infection, that required it to be amputated. In the period of five days, it started to desheath its skin, drip puss, smell bad, and scare the weans. This cocci infection( new to me) knocked ten bells out of me. I've only just stopped the oral Anti Biotics, meaning this blog could happen. While being eternally thankful for our NHS, I sussed how under pressure the staff there, are. I am now really thankful that it wasn't my thumb!
