I'm going to try and mind , this may not be affordable for many. I'm therefore tackling this fae a most needed view ....

Leg  pain

I use TMC: Triple Magnesium Complex , Magnesium is the master of vitamins . Its 450mg x3. If you go over this it will cause you trouble. Diareeeky trouble(diahorea) 

Ie ideally this is in you, prior to taking any vitamins .


Its muscle fatigue. Not nerve pain. It doesn't need WOC:wheels of commerce involvement.

High dose caffeine masks pain receptors,  more so than pain killers alone, but this is to complement them. I don't know the why,  or particularly care,but  it works.

My way to administer it, is espresso, using a Lavazza Modo Mio machine and intensive capsules.

You have to mind your heart here, so be careful. Start with 2, don't go over 4, in my opinion. In addition, administer it early, unless you like being awake at 4am, like me. I'm used to this as I live constant pain, outwith MS.

Also, drink lots of water between each espresso!! 

B12 5k. This will lessen fatigue. I take 2.

Canah, a hemp oil, is £37ish for 3ltr Organic, and will end Restless Legs Syndrome, meaning a better sleep, and loads more too.

Any limb, plus neck too, infact. This was a major for me donks back, while using AVONEX. 

It will also enable you to pee , fully, meaning less chance of a urine infection.

Spasms, be it arms,legs, or even neck, will lessen in ferocity. I haven't had a mad spasm outburst, like I did with RR, for ages. Maybe it was Avonex , or perhaps it's Secondary. No longer a major , is all I know.

FYI, spasms/tremors, imo ,before someone disagrees, is down to yir bladder being irritated, probably by white sugar.

I can swear on this being a brilliant buy.

Hemp oil is where CBD is derived from, but this is way cheaper though.

The only negative I can say about this is the taste, as its rank .  Yae get used to it.

Calcium by powder form(better absorption by surface area), needs K2, which is the signpost to send it to the bones.  Calcium is also a requirement of vitamin D3 to enter cells.

If K2 is not used it lands on heart valves, likely = a heart attack eventually. K2, has to be used!!

It might not be immediate, but stick with it, till you build the required level up, for all I've mentioned.

      OK the info you quote is accurate, per se.

      BUT

      The vision issues pwMS, in my lived the beginning, and memorised it, factual opinion is that vision issues is down to cerebellum rubbing a split , and healed, EXTERNAL OCCIPITAL CREST,
      BM is on top of EOC due to Thalamus collapse, meaning the profile has changed.

The. Stinky Pinky.

I've just lost my left pinky finger after an infection, that required it to be amputated. In the period of five days, it started to desheath its skin, drip puss, smell bad, and scare the weans. This cocci infection( new to me) knocked ten bells out of me. I've only just stopped the oral Anti Biotics, meaning this blog could happen. While being eternally thankful for our NHS, I sussed how under pressure the staff there, are. I am now really thankful that it wasn't my thumb!
