MS itself is an intensely painful, incessant 24/7, robbing, throbbing, numbing, lonely, misunderstood existence. Some, you can do a bit about. I suggest whoosh noises  for the rest!  For  pain:- We are all on painkillers. Drink high dose Caffeine. It masks pain receptors and improves efficacy an astounding  amount. I drink Pepsi Max. An expresso or 2 will sort it out too. . It is not nerve pain, it is muscle fatigue, imo. Furthermore, Triple Magnesium Complex will stop you even getting to the need for PK. Sometimes, at least. 1300mg is the max I seen so I take 400mg x3 FOR ENERGY- B complex + B12 6kui B complex will give you warm hands. That's  B3 Niacin FYI. Taking  B complex + B12 6kui will give you 112 spoons!! This is a fact. D3 6kui + calcium powder +K2 mk7 The K Complex, or k2 mk7, is dead important.
