I'd need two revolving, records , of 5m diameter, to improve the health outlook, of millions. I'd then need 6  frames, to accommodate similarly weighted, sufferers, at 180 degrees to each other. These frames will have to be adjustable, and mounted, so that they are similar to a "racer " frame, with their spine parallel to the deck of the 5m, record.
